If the problems are with the spacing or alignment of your teeth, we can straighten your teeth and fix your bite, thus alleviating your issues.
A mouth guard can be a good treatment method, especially if you grind your teeth while you are asleep. If this is the treatment for you, Dr. Polley will fit you for a custom mouth guard that will fit comfortably. Another simple thing you can do is to try and relax and reduce stress in your life. While this may not solve all of your problems, being stressed may be enhancing your bruxism.
